Best experience I have had to date with any CPR training class that I have taken. As an online college student and busy individual, this set up was absolutely ideal. Doing the online portion at my own pace and then doing the in-person skills portion (only took me 20 mins) when I was able to really made it so much easier for me to get my certification.

Annie and her team were the absolute best. I received two separate certifications, as their team offers many different certifications based on your professional needs! Annie was absolutely the most understanding, patient, kind and considerate instructor I’ve ever had in all my years of drivers ed training, swim lessons, sports lessons, even the memories of my piano lesson instructor does not come close to the level of professional competency, compassion, and guidance provided by the same day CPR team in Annapolis that Annie lead. This is the only place you ever need to go if you’re looking to get certification in CPR, first aid, heartsaver competencies, and more! Their website offers the ability to complete many certifications as opposed to just specializing in one particular kind of certification, and you will never beat the effort the team puts into their students to ensure their success. I genuinely couldn’t and wouldn’t have completed two separate certifications for my job if it wasn’t for their guidance! They made sure I didn’t give up on myself. I was extremely disappointed with the setup at this Same Day CPR training center. As nurses and clinicians, our CPR skills directly impact patient survival, yet this facility relies on a computer monitor and a Ring camera setup with someone talking through a speaker to evaluate skills. There was no actual instructor present in the room to observe form, offer real-time physical feedback, or properly assess compression depth and technique. Having a healthcare professional complete a critical AHA skill check through a video doorbell speaker is dynamic, sloppy, and completely sub-par for medical credentialing. When I spoke to Kelly, the owner's sister, she brushed me off and said "This is what AHA wants" I let her know, pediatric lives are in HER hands.

Absolutely recommend! Very easy to learn, test allow for practice before exam with the mannequin, overall very helpful and easy.

This experience was super easy and efficient for those who have experience with CPR. If you need a little extra help from instructors it would be beneficial to do it somewhere else. But if you just need a renewal and something that is efficient and easy this is the best way to go!! Shelly was super helpful and on the ball when it came to needed links and assistance. She was super friendly and so helpful!!
