I was unsure how this would go since there was no one there. But the video of the building & getting in helped a lot, so when I got there I knew exactly what to do. Logged into the computer and followed the prompts, was done under 30 minutes. Very easy!!

What a great way to renew your CPR! The whole process from beginning to end was so simple and easy to do, I’m so glad I found this as an option. Normally I renew with my group at work but I’d switched jobs recently and my certification ran out so I had to find an option on my own. The skills portion literally took me 20 minutes to complete. The class was very informative and helpful in teaching staff members to be prepared to act in an emergency. The two gentleman were very knowledgeable and gave clear and precise instructions on basic CPR and AED usage. Thank you for providing this invaluable class.

Bayside is my go to for CPR renewals now! It was really easy and convenient doing the online course. Their office location in Baltimore was easy to get to, tons of street parking, and was immaculately clean. Those were the cleanest mannequins! And mannequins get used a lot so it takes some effort to keep mannequins that clean! Anyway, very cool people, if you work in healthcare and are looking for a super easy way to do your recertification, Bayside is a perfect fit!

Awesome, easy, and straight to the point! Loved being able to do the in-person skills by myself and was able to retry sections that I didn’t pass the first time. The room was clean and everything was easily accessible, they had a stool too for us short humans. The online assessments were very easy and didn’t take long at all to complete. I definitely will be returning when I need to renew.

Best experience I have had to date with any CPR training class that I have taken. As an online college student and busy individual, this set up was absolutely ideal. Doing the online portion at my own pace and then doing the in-person skills portion (only took me 20 mins) when I was able to really made it so much easier for me to get my certification.
